Description

While holding this wand, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls determined by the wand rarity. In addition, you have advantage on any spell attack roll you make that deals the same damage type as the dragon this wand was crafted from. If that spell attack hits, you also deal extra damage dice of that damage type equal to the spell attack bonus granted by this item.
