Brainfog
Description
A creature subjected to Brainfog must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or have the Poisoned condition for 1 hour. While Poisoned in this way, a creature loses its Resistance or Immunity to Psychic damage, if it had any, and speak or be spoken to telepathically. The creature repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
